Hello, I'm Richie and I started rfhadley.com  in 1999, at that time I was working at a    Christian rehab center and also a homeless shelter for men. They also provided free meals, clothing, other services to the poor and needy in the area. I'm retired now and work part time at a local supermarket.

Before that  I was in prison for  numerous charges,  it was in prison I  got to know The Lord as my savior , before that I did not  believe in the Bible or in Christ. All I wanted to do was drink, use drugs, and women.  I was told I used to drink a case of beer a day and a quart of whiskey with it. I also smoked 2-3  packs of cigarettes a day. I stopped drinking in 1993 while I was in prison, I could have made my own in there as I had everything needed to make the stuff, but the Lord was already working on me. And I did not make any beer or alcohol which I knew how,
I stopped smoking in 1998, when a women from my church told me, that my smoking hurt  my witness for the Lord, I prayed for about a week asking the Lord if my smoking ruined my witness for Him, to please take it away. One day I woke up and it was as if He spoke to me in a dream That was the day He would give me the will and strength to quit smoking. I have not had a cigarette since. Thank you Lord.

The Lord is still working in my life, this year 2009 I will turn 69 years old and would not have made it with out Him in my life. I was real bad health when I asked the Lord to be my  Savior. I was over weight and was on 16 prescription pills which I took 3 times a day. Today I take only 3 pills a day, I'm still a little overweight I would like to lose about 20 pounds, and I will lose it if it is in His will.
